Carlie was celebrating her sweet 16 with a lavish gown and tiara. As for her makeup, I wanted to make sure I didn't out do her dress, but still allowed her to feel pretty and done up. We used a soft pink on her eye lids, followed by a sheer white to tone it down just a dab. After that I added a set of false lashes to bring some more attention to her eyes and a hint of blush to her cheeks. In the end, I believe she looked age appropriate, yet charming and full of life.
